Synopsis:
Germans occupy a small village. A small boy, Ante, is horrified when one of the German soldiers begins shooting his pet pigeons. Not only is the soldier decimating Ante’s flock, but also the villagers are hungry and see the boy’s little flying friends as “good eating”. Soon, a wounded partisan arrives to the village and Ante finds himself face to face with an unforeseen temptation.
